Bottom line do the research understand what you are putting into your body and why. If you are not running efficiently hit up your gp for a consult and have your bloods checked.... If you are thinking of making a change towards a healthier diet, removing or limiting processed foods and incorporating more whole food sources into your diet regardless of your preferred source of protein you will see benefits. Especially if your current diet is poorly balanced. No idea ? Consult a professional and get moving.

04.01.2022 Hi All, As many of you would have seen or heard by now, the announcement for all non-essential activity to cease will occur over the next few days. Sadly, it is time that Freestyle PROfit will have no other choice but to close our doors until further notice, as we play our part in ensuring the safety of member, friends, family and community.... Although the future is uncertain, we will be back open as soon as we can, so take this time to rest up and focus on your solo drills and techniques. I will provide access to our online training app for any members who wish to stay active during this time we appreciate your continued support and look forward to training together soon. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but let’s make the most of it and do the hard work now and come out stronger on the other side. Stay safe
