20.01.2022 We are back exercising just 7 of us so room for 3 more so if you like a boogie and building your bones and muscles and having fun exercising and stretching join us 6.30am in Tuesdays at Rosalie Hall 97 Fernberg Road Rosalie from 6:30 am till 7:30 am followed by optional coffee exercise is always varied from use of fitballs to free weights dancing to fantastic music and using the philosophies of Pilates and yoga to stretch out the body We have a big venue so plenty of space to practice good old social distancing while taking care of yourself
