21.01.2022 OMG why have I not made this for breakfast before...so easy but so good. I just used a mini wrap, 2 eggs scrambled (nothing added), a tiny bit of grated cheese, handful of baby spinach, salt & pepper. Delicious

19.01.2022 Showing the love to my girls this morning! Heart shaped French toast and a yummy edible bouquet each and cookie to decorate with edible markers. Of course the love continued into the lunchbox today too! How did everyone else celebrate Valentines Day? We will be doing more Valentines with Michael when he finishes work tonight but wanted the girls to see that they are just as important!
19.01.2022 Lunchboxes for 3 today! Bella on the left, Chloe in the middle and my snack boxes on the right! The girls have chicken in their sandwiches and Chloe and I have teriyaki and pork meatball. Bottom left of my snack box is a protein bubble bar and a choc chip cookie dough protein ball.

11.01.2022 First school lunchboxes in the new house...roast beef, salads, homemade baked goods (Chloe made the sultana cakes) oh and Bella has a cheese sandwich in hers too.

02.01.2022 Back to using this page! Sharing your journey is a good way to stay focussed . These are my girls lunchboxes for school today...they have tuna in their sandwiches and lots of fresh fruit and veg to snack on...what better way to help our kids than teach them to eat real food! The last 14 months I have slowly been working on getting my body back in shape the right way! No shakes or cheats this time...I’ve been taking it very cruisy with lots of slip ups and lost about 13kg but I’m gonna get more focussed now and amp it up to get to my goal! I am starting a fitness challenge with Caveman on the 6th August...I have been doing PT sessions with Caveman since April and loving getting my fitness back on track...my new focus is on the water intake and better food choices. What goals do you all have for this new financial year?
01.01.2022 How did your back to school lunches go today? Ours were nice and easy with having it all prepped...Chloe can just take the cut up containers from fridge and they can make their own (with mum keeping an eye on there being a good mix of everything to keep balanced).
