12.01.2022 Happy Monday! You may have seen my video that I posted last week, where I talk about the Kundalini updates and our collective consciousness. Whatever happens this month in our sessions is about increasing your capacity to connect with "the field" (also called source, one mind, consciousness). What does this mean? We could say it is an expansion of your personal awareness - where you can tap into your intuition and universal knowledge on deeper levels than ever before. If you can't join this week, but you would like to do your own Kundalini activation at home, go to my Youtube channel and pick any sound journey that resonates most with you at that moment of time. Set your intention prior, and off you go into your cosmic self!
