25.01.2022 Congratulations to Justine Keay on winning the seat for Braddon in this weekend’s by-election. We were thrilled to see the support for our campaign from both Justine and Liberal candidate Brett Whiteley and look forward to seeing Justine take the issue to Canberra to give the spirit drinkers of Braddon a fair go. Thank you to everyone who showed support for our campaign by commenting and taking our polls. ... We are encouraged by the results and will continue our fight to freeze the super spirits tax for all spirit drinkers across Australia.

21.01.2022 Did you know Australian spirit drinkers haven’t always had to pay more for their drink of choice? In fact, in a report by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education it shows that during the 1950s spirits drinkers paid less tax than beer drinkers and it wasn’t until 1988, only 30 years ago, that the excise on spirits increased to almost three times more than the excise on beer. With the next spirits tax increase set to take place just days after the upcoming by-election, now is the time to let Canberra know what you think. Let’s freeze the spirits super tax.

13.01.2022 Stop Canberra’s big sip on pre-mixed spirits. Why should you pay more than twice the tax of a beer drinker? Let’s freeze the spirits super tax.

11.01.2022 The tax on RTDs can be up to 80% of what you pay. Do you think the next tax increase should be frozen?

06.01.2022 Canberra's big sip on RTD taxes means you pay 3 times more than a beer drinker.

04.01.2022 Another great write up in the Advocate calling on Braddon candidates to take the issue of the twice yearly spirits tax increase to Canberra if elected. https://www.theadvocate.com.au//spirits-industry-hopeful-/

01.01.2022 No reason we can’t build on our current success to create another element of a great tourist experience
