23.01.2022 Yesterday we went to the Mimili pool and Isaiah and T.J from Surf life saving helped us learn about pool and ocean safety. We learned how to rescue others with tubes and surfboards and how to call for help. Rikina

22.01.2022 What a great last couple of weeks @ Fregon Anangu School! A bush camp, an art exhibition, a second edition of our Newspaper Fregontu Wangkanyi and to top it off yesterday a great BBQ with families to showcase our amazing learning (while respecting social distancing rules ) Thanks everyone for a great term 2. Last day of school tomorrow. Palyao!

18.01.2022 Congratulations to our Trade Training Centre graduates, Lilly and Cyrin! This week they were awarded their Certificate 1 in Hospitality. They have been busy learning how to work in and run a busy kitchen- preparing and serving delicious food to the APY Lands, building on their skills and knowledge around foods and food safety. We are happy to be learning on country, to work in community. Maybe the next HAC Centre future employees?! Well done guys, bring on Cert 2 in 2020.

10.01.2022 Fregon seniors had a big week back at school to start term 3. Trade training centre, classroom magic and a bush trip to Nyangata Maku Anumara (caterpillar dreaming) followed up with maku digging and malu wipu . Palya Tjitji ninti tjuta!

Our new Preschool times are 9am until 1pm- one more hour to learn and play ... 07.01.2022 Wai tjitji tjuta and families! Welcome to term 2 Teachers and staff are isolating for 14 Days before coming back to Fregon in week 3, but Matt, Wayne and Joanne are at school this week. So come to School on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9am for breakfast and then Library session with Matt, Wayne and Joanne. Bring your learning packs with you if you have one.... You will get to connect with some of the teachers through Zoom to have a chat, see what they’ve been up to in isolation and have some learning fun in the warm library . Here are a few pictures of some of the wonderful learning that happened last term in Fregon .
