Heavy Commercial Vehicle Diesel Mechanic employed by Freight Lines Group in Albany! Caitlin found her passion in repairing machinery and now works on trucks like this! The Morrison government’s boosting apprenticeship commencement wage subsidy now means she can turn her passion into a career. #skills #regionaljobs

08.01.2022 Always going the extra mile...when a valued client asks you to step out of your comfort zone, transport over 400 pallets of shop fittings to the West Kimberley (Broome), warehouse them and then drip feed them into a new store they are setting up in Broome, which the locals are waiting with bated breath to open.

07.01.2022 Good Evening all---Xmas has arrived again and after a crazy couple of weeks we can all sit back take a breath and relax with family and friends.To all of our drivers a massive thank you for the great work in getting all Xmas stock to its destinations on time and all intact--Our great team at Perth Depot who have pumping out some 20 trailers per day for the last 2 weeks including weekends.All depot staff in all areas have also worked feverishly to get all deliveries done in a ...safe and on time manner for our wonderful customers.A massive thank you as well to our admin staff Statewide for there great customer serviced based attitude in making sure any little issues are fixed and our customers looked after.Last but not least our workshop people who do an amazing job in keeping all the wheels turning on a daily basis. Please all make sure we take the time to enjoy family and friends whilst keeping everyone safe and also looking after ourselves during this very special time. LAST BUT NOT LEAST--Take the time to check on someone who may not have the network you have--take the time to ask them how they are feeling and if needed take the time to go and check on them--its a small thing to do which can create an amazing result; MERRY XMAS TO EVERYONE.

05.01.2022 Morning All---Xmas has arrived again and with it comes many wonderful things but this year a few more challenges that we should be aware of--enjoy our time with family and friends-relax on our time off-reach out to others who may be doing it tougher than we are--With Covid creating havoc with travel plans for a lot of people --local travel in our own state will increase massively and all tourist towns will be extremely busy--please make sure you all drive to conditions and ta...ke care with the extra traffic on the road--also make sure that if a visitor needs a hand at all that we treat them with the respect that they deserve. Over the last 2 weeks we have our biggest ever harvest wrap up in all areas and to all our drivers and sub-contractors we thank you for the amazing job that you all do--we receive glowing reports from our customers on the way you all go about your job during a very demanding time and for this we thank you. Our General Freight team led by Chris ,Andy, Spider, Marcus, Brett/Kaitlyn and Muzza have done an outstanding job in loading/sending and receiving 30 plus trailers per day to all various destinations without incident--A fantastic effort from everyone concerned. Allan and his Storage/logistics team have also been sending out heaps of trailers with planned shuts and alike keeping the pressure on each department--again a great job. To our group of Sulphur drivers in Esperance along with Marco a massive thank you for the great job you are doing in keeping supplies going to the mine and also your roster which means some of you don’t get that family time that others will enjoy--We thank you for your efforts. Our workshop as per usual led by Eric have done a great job in keeping everything moving and again we thank you for that. Please all enjoy your time out with family and friends--stay safe and look out for others during this busy time. Last but not least a massive thank you to our amazing customers who continue to support us moving forward--we wish you a very Merry Xmas and look forward to speaking with you in the New Year. 05.01.2022 Freight Lines Group would like to thank Rod Richardson and the team at Duraquip along with Clayton Cowling and the team at Volvo for their assistance in getting this PBS unit delivered last week. FLG are very proud of the outfit and look forward to having it working in the Esperance region for many years. Again from the team at FLG to all concerned in making this outfit a reality, we thank you.

04.01.2022 At FLG we’re always willing to give a hand to a good cause. Getting a semi load of bikes from Esperance to Perth for Rotary and Bicycles for Humanity. From Perth they head to Africa to help the communities in need.
