23.01.2022 Freight Tranz has signed on a new supplier. Border Express are an excellent alternative to Toll Ipec, they have national reach and are Australian owned and operated.

22.01.2022 Toll Group have confirmed a targeted cyber attack, this is causing significant problems with no online systems being able to be used. All customers with regular picks ups are still being serviced using the manual con notes. As a result Freight Tranz are switching customers to TNT express whilst Toll work to correct the issue # Toll # Cyber attack

22.01.2022 Lithium Batteries can cause many headaches as regulations can be hard to negotiate. Freight Tranz are authorised to carry lithium batteries both nationally and internationally. Packing instructions and wattage criteria does need to be met, but we can organise this for you.

21.01.2022 Happy New Year to all! Freight Tranz is ready for another exciting year ! Christmas rush is now slowing so we will see faster road transit times and more availability - especially with full loads.... Airfreight is still tight with the airlines, but DHL/TNT/FEDEX are doing a great job picking up the slack.

21.01.2022 Airlines are tripling per kg rates due to supply and demand. Freight Tranz is utilising courier carriers as much as we can to get the freight moving and to ensure the rates are not inflated. It is a difficult time for all of us, please stay safe.

21.01.2022 Many companies are dealing with lengthy transit times both domestically and internationally. Around the world we have some bottle necks, Germany/Singapore/Hong Kong, all major transiting hubs. A large freighter did make it into Australia last weekend, Freight Tranz are hopeful this will occur again this weekend. As we see much less domestic flights this is putting pressure on our road and rail freight. DHL, TNT and Fedex have all had to put in place weight restrictions. No ...single piece over 70kgs, split shipments are acceptable. Freight is moving, we just have to be creative in how we get to destination. Stay Safe Everyone!

21.01.2022 Providing Transport solutions both International and National - Matching service needs with competitive pricing.

20.01.2022 International Freight is still getting through, all shipments to be kept under 70kg with some service restrictions in certain countries. Perth freight is taking longer to get through as most routes have changed to arrive and depart Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane - expect transit times to be 4-5 days longer.

18.01.2022 Domestic airfreight capacity is stretched - with many passenger flights being cancelled. Freight Tranz has availability on both Qantas and Virgin if needed.

18.01.2022 Cargo on a Lufthansa A320 - utilising passenger aircraft - Some companies have stripped out the seats to accommodate more. Half of all air freight is carried as belly cargo on passenger aircraft- so space is tight, but with adjustments like this, we are learning to work around it!

15.01.2022 Strikes are continuing in all French Sea Ports, Industrial action which began on 5th of December has now escalated causing severe disruptions. Tug boats are no longer bringing in vessels and many shipping lines are omitting French Ports. As strike action can be unpredictable, all sea freight is being postponed by suppliers.

09.01.2022 Another of our partners is Northline, We will look to use this service when freight is palletised, generally transit with Northline to eastern states or back here to WA is generally a 8-10 day service, slightly longer transit, but excellent pricing. GO THE RAIL!

06.01.2022 Another provider we have is TNT/Fedex. Fedex has purchased TNT and we will begin to see the Fedex branding on the TNT fleet. TNT/Fedex will still offer the economy services, which Freight Tranz is a high user of. Slightly slower service than DHL express, usually by only 1 day, but savings can be significant!

06.01.2022 Capacity ex China... Its tight, and prices are increasing as the vessels omit. Freight Tranz has got options to get seafreight off the wharf. Upcoming projects or manufacturing requirements need to be planned ahead to ensure reasonable transit times.
