25.01.2022 Announcement From the 31st of December Frejas will be evolving into ELSKAS restaurant. We will be closed over January for renos and can't wait to welcome you back in February for dinners and weekend brunches ... We are beyond excited to start this next chapter and can't thank you all enough for your continued support and love thrughout our amazing journey of Frejas. We are truely beyond grateful and humbled. The amount of hours, hard work, attention to detail and love that ELSKA restaurant needs from us means that we simply can't continue to do brunch and still have a family balance alongside with a happy and healthy staff. We want to ensure that we put in our full attention and dev...otion to ELSKA degustation and do everything in our power to make each and every service and experience incredible. We are so appreciative of all your support, love and care over the last 2 years. You have all become family to us and we couldn't have hoped or wished for any other outcome.
