10.01.2022 Whilst thoughts are not everything....consider not indulging in one negative thought as negativity begets negativity. As the quote states think instead of 3 realistic positive thoughts, or things to be grateful for. This will go a long way to creating neurological pathways that will keep any of us out of the hole of depression. We can train our brains in to a healthy habit of realistic helpful thought patterns. It may take time but its just like working any other muscle.
