13.01.2022 Valentine's Day Mini White Chocolate Cups Prep Time 5 mins Total Time 5 mins... Super easy to make Valentine's Day Mini White Chocolate Cups recipe. The perfect dessert to make for your loved one, for your friends or as a treat for yourself. Servings: 16 Ingredients 1 cup Fremantle Chocolate white chocolate chips 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 drop red food colouring gel. Instructions 1. Line a mini muffin pan with 16 paper liners. Set aside. 2. Place all the ingredients except the food colouring in a microwave safe medium bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. If not fully melted, repeat the process until a smooth consistency form. 3. Divide evenly in the paper liners. Add a drop of red food colouring to the small remaining amount of chocolate in your bowl. Add drops of the coloured chocolate to your chocolate cups and create hearts with a toothpick. 4. Transfer to the freezer until hardened. Place in an airtight container, and store in the fridge or freezer.
