12.01.2022 For our final Heritage Festival reflection we're looking back at one of the most beautiful and poingant exhibits in the festivals history. In 2016 the Wedding Dress display gathered together gowns and frocks generously loaned by Fremantle families, along with photographs and stories of the weddings and the lives beyond the wedding day. It was a fascinating and thought provoking journey through fashion, politics and the forever changing face of life in Fremantle. It beautifully captured the spirit behind the Fremantle Heritage Festival. We look forward to more inspiring Heritage Festival events in the years to come.

Share it with us in the comments or, better yet, add it to the Fremantle Map of Memories https://arcg.is/0zHfj9
