24.01.2022 Tomorrow we gather at Sunrise to bring consciousness to what is wanting to express itself in this world. I welcome you to this safe and sacred space just as you are, be it full of joy or full of sorrow or somewhere in between. You are invited to bow at the feet of your body and let it take you on a healing journey where your mind has not been able to take you. This week being my birthday week, I feel a deep calling to explore the theme of Gratitude and how it can be a gatew...ay to the heart and hence to the soul's essence. We will look at ways in which gratitude can heal relationship to others and to ourselves, when done in a way that is real and authentic for you. This is a chance for you to do the only dance you can do - yours. As you give yourself permission to trust your body's movements an alchemy takes place in which stuck emotions and energy can find new flow and ease. Doors open 6am for warmup. Doors lock at 6.15am to begin the dance ritual. Come dance in a truly sacred hall and be bathed in the golden morning rays of sunlight as you move.
