21.01.2022 Salut tout le monde ! We hope you had a lovely start to 2016 despite the rainy weather in Sydney. Our very first course of the new year, the Summer Intensive French Beginner 1 course, ended yesterday and we truly couldn't have wished for a lovelier group of students! The course ended with a croissant feast so we've dedicated our latest blog post to... le croissant. https://www.frenchcentre.com.au/blog

13.01.2022 J'aime Tintin ! Vous aimez Tintin ? Oui ? Hourra ! Do you like Tintin? Yes? Well, you'll find a whole range of Tintin mugs featuring Tintin, Snowy, Captain Haddock, Bianca Castafiore, and Thomson and Thompson, at Kinokuniya (Level 2, The Galleries, 500 George Street; price: $19.99). Your tea will taste so much better! In the photo, the lovely lady sporting two of the Tintin mugs is our new French teacher, Noémie. Noémie is not actually all that new. She taught here at the French Centre in 2009. She's now back in Australia and back with us. Hurray!

09.01.2022 Here is our new teacher, Gaelle, who will be joining Anaïs, Alison, Clara, Noémie, and Julia. Gaelle comes highly recomended and holds impressive qualifications: a degree in British and American History, Literature, Linguistics and Phonetics, from the University of Toulouse-Mirail; a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in French and Spanish; and a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). She taught French in the UK from 2009 to 2013, has been travelling for a year, and is now Down Under to teach French to some lucky students here in Sydney! Merci Gaelle !

07.01.2022 Joyeux Noël et bonne année 2015 à tous !
