21.01.2022 Some completed work from the end of 2015. Our Victorian Cove Cornice plus ceiling Rose. The owners wanted to change the look of this old fire place to match in with the rest of the room.

18.01.2022 Some completed work on a true Victorian style era . Lucky really to have the opportunity to rebuild, ad new , repair and restore some of these very old houses around our state !! These clients had this ceiling rail out from the Victorian cove cornice hand carved , mould made and mouldings taken for the pacific look the wanted in there library room !! That doesnt happen often .

15.01.2022 ITS UP...... This has been an amazing project to work on with some late nights and even more hair loss but so rewarding. I hope this one will be here for another 180 years. A huge thanks to the people that helped me along the way. Looks like my family can have be back for a bit ....until the next project anyway

14.01.2022 All together and its looking good !! First half of our mouldings completed !! Each piece has to be shaped in to its new position so its a slow process but well worth the end result !! Built to last another 100 years. Onto the next area we go !!

Nice to have so much positive feed back from how its turn out. Hopefully one day French plastering can get to recreate some more of the same or something similar !! Cheers

11.01.2022 One side of the room completed and now on to the other !! Removal of the old pieces of cornice that werent any use or to much to repair. A long time ago there must have been a circular window with in the wall - a rounded brick shows where it use to be, its behind the cornice line so saying that what we are repairing wasnt original with the building !! And then we covered it over again for someone else to find sometime in the future. ... How big old building get changed over the years !! Interesting stuff

03.01.2022 This is the making of a piece for the big ornamental cornice at our Patterson st job !! Its called a running mould and its shapes up with coats of casting plaster . Made on our bench and then fitted into place when it comes time to reconstruct our cornice !! And yes a little of Crosby sweater ha
