19.01.2022 EDIBLE ART! I am sooo happy with the way this one turned out, its so pretty it looks like a piece of home decor, I dont want to cut into it! Inside are layers of my signature chocolate cake, filled with edible cookie dough, covered in dark chocolatey Swiss meringue buttercream and get this, then covered in shards of meringue I hope you love it as much as I do.

18.01.2022 HERE IT IS! OUR CHRISTMAS GINGERBREAD MENU! Im so excited to announce this menu as everything is so damn cute! We have the classic Gingerbread Men, super soft bite and just the right amount of spice. ... The new Marshmallow Sandwich, Vanilla Bean Marshmallow sandwiched in between two thin Gingerbread Men then half dipped in decadent Dark Chocolate. The Baubles! OMG you guys these are insanely cute, and insanely tasty! These are Baubles you can display on your tree and come Christmas Day, you can eat! Inside is Marshmallow Snow, Sprinkles and your choice of a Mini Gingerbread House or Mini Gingerbread Men or Reindeer. And finally the Gingerbread House! This simply but beautifully decorated house makes a lovely centrepiece for the good ol Aussie Christmas lunch or as a gift! The house is made with a thick Gingerbread structure, royal icing hand piped decoration, Peppermint Marshmallow Snow, and a mini Gingerbread man and Reindeer chillin out the front And of course the house is filled with lollies! 15.01.2022 This has to be my craziest cake to date! This here is a character from the 1986 anime Saint Seiya. Its one of my partners favourite animes and I always like to get crazy for his birthday This cute guy is Milo who represents the Scorpio sign Im so happy with how this cake turned out as it was my first attempt at something this crazy, i channeled my artistic high school self and sculpted this masterpiece, my high school teacher would be proud! Big thanks to @avaloncakes, her online classes are incredible and she taught me all I needed to know to make this cake. Enjoy! And Happy Birthday @david_rocu !!
