22.01.2022 One of the things we’ve learned over the past few years (especially in 2020) is that one of the best things you can do for your clients is to add value to what they are doing. Go above and beyond to provide advice and assist them in your area of expertise. People have a lot on their plate these days, so your clients will feel supported every time you save them some time or share some iindustry insights that will help them with their work.
19.01.2022 We see a lot of companies using Instagram and Facebook to promote themselves and their services. If you want to succeed in those changes, this is a big no-no! As tempting as it is to sell our services, remember that people are on those channels to make connections and be social. If you want to be successful in your social campaigns, think about what your customer wants to hear and how can you provide something valuable to them.
19.01.2022 Over the last couple of months, we have been working closely with Community Media Training on a complete refresh of their website. They felt that their current site wasn’t reflective of who they were and what they offer. They also felt that the user experience was lacking. Customers couldn’t easily find the information they needed. The client requested a look and feel that was more in line with their values, and our solution was to design an engaging website incorporating a youthful, edgy aesthetic, whilst being easy to navigate. 16.01.2022 My latest book, Breath doesn’t sound like it would be a spellbinding page turner take in air, let it out, breathe what could be simpler and more basic than that!? But James Nestors' journalistic and scientific approach made this deep dive into the ancient practices of breathing (Pranayama, Shamanic, Tummo etc) fascinating. His research into how as a society our poor breathing practices are having a devastating effect on our health and wellbeing was a real wake up call for me. It was a reminder that this lost art of mindful breathing is something that is free and accessible to all, our birth right so to speak. So if you catch me eyes closed breathing in for 4 . hold for 4. breath out for 4 and exhale for 4, rest assured Im slow, deep breathing my way to a more energised, relaxed and clear Triscia!
15.01.2022 Since 2016 we have been working closely with Teacher’s Mutual Bank on the design and production of their Annual Report. We must say this has been one of our favourite reports so far! The focus this year was on essential workers, who make up the bank’s client base and applauding them for the mammoth tasks they have tackled this year. It humanises your brand and hooks them to your campaign on a much more emotional level. Next time you decide to advertise your brand, think about how you can use storytelling to send your message. 12.01.2022 Frankie and I have been busy reading lots of books recently, but the one we have chosen to share with you is "Where the Crawdads Sing "by Delia Owens. We loved this book and we especially loved the strong female character Kya Clarke. Kya grew up like no other young girl. She is a sensitive and intelligent female, managing to survive for years alone in the marsh that she called home. There weren't people in her life so she found friends in the gulls and lessons in the sand. We loved the strength and stoicism that Kya displays in this beautiful novel, she is a true inspiration of what determination and resilience can provide. We absolutely loved this moving story and really didn't want it to end...
10.01.2022 It’s National Recycle Week! Fresco's been in the industry for over 20 years, so we’ve seen a very positive shift when it comes to environmental choices especially within our industry. Companies are much more mindful of their impact and the print industry in particular has now many alternatives that don’t cost the earth (both literally and figuratively) such as alternative fibre papers, 100% recycled, and organic-based inks. ... It’s better for the environment and your customers will appreciate your choice to make a positive change!

Monitoring the sentiment people have towards your brand and what they are saying about your products or service can help your marketing and sales team anticipate what your customers really want as well as how you can improve your product and services!

The reality is that those metrics don’t mean much when we are talking about generating sales or engagement within your community. If you are looking at growing your business on socials, keep an eye on those metrics: 1 Brand awareness How many people are @mentioning and sharing your content each week and what are they talking about?... 2 Engagement rate To find out which piece of content resonates best with your audience, calculate the number of likes, shares, and comments a post receives. 3 Conversion rate This is the number of visitors who swiped up on Instagram stories or clicked on a link in your post or bio.

I taught myself to crochet baby blankets through youtube - very much a visual learner... 2. How would your best friends describe you? Superrrrrrr sarcastic and often a bit too blunt :P 3. What’s the best place you have travelled to? Growing up in New Zealand there was no shortage of beautiful places but my favourite place In the world would have to be the Coromandel Peninsula in NZ! 4. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I think I wanted to be a Vet or ZooKeeper, but when I reached High School I realised design was more my strong suit. Although at one stage I did contemplate becoming an Architect. 5 . What’s the most exciting part of your job? The variation of in each design job and the different industries that they belong to. 6. What three items would you take with you to a deserted island? Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen!
05.01.2022 The latest Yearbook we produced for Mount St Benedict has just arrived! The concept of the 2019 yearbook was designed around the theme "Individually we are stars and together we are constellation." We explored the idea of individuals coming together to be part of something bigger. We love working with MSB on their yearbook each year, we embrace the creative challenge that the theme always presents us with and thoroughly enjoy the collaboration with the student leadership team in creating an aesthetic that is in line with their vision for their year group."

The client wanted to showcase the amazing work of the organisation and elaborate on it's ever-growing range of sub-brands, rehabilitation facilities and innovative initiatives. They used client profiles to bring the report to life allowing readers to learn more about the lives of those who attend their amazing facilities and programs. Our... design team introduced a technology graphic throughout the report to tie-in with Royal Rehab's focus on innovation and technological progress, as well as pull-out boxes drawing attention to key highlights of the year. The client was thrilled with the end result as she felt we brought a freshness to their report, by pushing the brand and creating an engaging product that people will want to read. See more
