07.01.2022 Fresh Ayre Farm is our dream that has been years in the making. Six years ago we found this special and quiet part of the Huon Valley - Judbury. The characterful farmhouse, the 24 acres of fertile green pastures, the tree-lined banks of the majestic Huon River at the bottom of the property, the historic apple shed, the views over the valley and to the Snowy Mountains range, all captivated us from the first day. The surrounding region is traditionally agricultural (once apples, now more dairy) but is also rich in forest and wildlife. We are working on the century-old farmhouse, inside and out, to get it to a point where we can welcome our first guests to this patch of peacefulness in time for winter 2021.
