23.01.2022 Our pasta in action! Spotted here, our hand cut Fettuccine with a share plate of Pumpkin Gnocchi in the middle! We used our Pomodoro sauce and added meat and more fresh basil to taste. You could add more salt, chilli oil or anything you like to create a new dish from a great base. A 1kg bag will go far. Freeze down into portions, and defrost when you are ready.... Social distancing doesn’t need to be bland. Plus, you’ll be helping us keep people in jobs for a little while longer.

10.01.2022 This is our delicious Pomodoro Sauce. Made with on site roasted tomatoes that have then been blitzed and simmered down for hours to create a rich tomato flavour.
