14.01.2022 ** MUMS AND BUBS PILATES - THURSDAYS 11AM** This class is a 45 minute Pilates class designed for Mummy's and their little ones aged 4 weeks to 8 months old. Enjoy socializing with other new mums and bonding with you baby all while correcting and strengthening imbalances caused by pregnancy. Designed with the new mum in mind, this class is a low impact, low intensity workout designed to improve pelvic floor, abdominal strength and regain your pre pregnancy body shape. It's a mind-body session that creates a relaxing environment for you and your bub. New mums must be at least 4 weeks post partum (6 weeks post partum for Cesarean birth) as well as have the all clear from your health care professional.
