22.01.2022 Burnout played out quite true to form in my counselling space today. And true to burnout I explained that just like a fire burning out to coals, it will eventually die out if it’s not fed the right fuel...and if it is fed the wrong fuel...it will suffocate. Brave, smart and strategic people mange their burn.
