I originate from Germany and am still engrained with the German way of working; punctual, honest, concise and of high quality. These are my core values and I aim to display them on a daily basis in my communications with other people and in my work. My work brings me delight, as I enjoy communicating with a wide range of people and learning from everyone’s individual story. For the ...past 18 months, I have been working in this business for a very reputable company I have been all around Melbourne and have seen a lot. I have since gained experience with spot treatments and I know exactly what I need to do to ensure the property is not damaged. My primary goal is to do no harm to the property! I don’t like seeing customers get ripped off their hard-earned money! Sometimes, the end price is double or triple the original quote. This frustrates me and is why I have set out on my own venture. Big companies have to charge more to share income with sub-contractorsand customers don’t understand what a realistic price for their area size is. I am here to ensure that the given quote is as close as possible to the end price! My motto is, fair work, fair price. This means you should not pay more or less than necessary. All of my customers receive an estimated quote from me. This is important, as each job can be influenced by many factors that can change the end price. My estimated quotes may sometimes be higher than my competitors, but there are good reasons for that: 1. My estimated quote is as close as possible to the end price 2. If the estimated quote is higher than the end price you pay less and that is a win for you! I will always be honest and provide you with the truth because I strive for a fair negotiation I don’t want to look at myself in the mirror whilst knowing that I have ripped someone off.
