17.01.2022 We were recently contacted to complete a deep clean on 2 split system aircons for a client. This client had a contract in place with an existing Airconditioning company to service and maintain all their split system and ducted aircons across their site. This included cleans where they attended the site quarterly to conduct. Our client was concerned that their split systems were not receiving a proper clean due to a nasty smell being emitted from a unit and noticeable build up... on the barrel fan. We conducted an onsite inspection of the units and were shocked at how dirty the units were. They have clearly not been cleaned, nor even had the indoor body removed. This was an obvious sign that the contractors were not providing the service our client was paying for and could not be trusted with maintaining their units, hence why we now have their client. Always use a trusted and honest company for the best results. If you need a unit cleaned, make sure you use ACWWA certified providers as you know you will receive the service and results you are chasing.
