23.01.2022 Some super fat and ripe cherries from Jose Valderamas farm in Colombia. His farm is in the Tolima region and sits at an altitude of 2000-2100 MUSL. Jose used a unique double aerobic fermentation process for this special micro lot. The first is 24hrs before pulling and the seconds is 30hrs after. This combination of processing and very high altitude gives it a really intense sweetness with a complex and bright acidity. 19.01.2022 Dear Fresh Cafe customers: Our google review has been attacked by an extremely jealous neighbor cafe owner recently, he has done this for a couple of times in the past few weeks. I thought better to let our customers know if they ve read bad reviews about us on google. Here is his technique: he creates a brand new google account, to make his story more realistic, he normally review on other cafes and restaurants as well, not only on us, he is aiming on us though. I feel sorry for other innocent business that received bad reviews, just to become part of his tricks. All of his historical reviews, 8 in total, are submitted under 2 minutes. I have attached screenshot.
