21.01.2022 I love Thai red curry because it’s sooo easy and quick to make. This pic shows it with chicken thighs, but salmon is brilliant too, or just use a variety of different veggies. I most often use green beans and kale because I tend to have them around. I’ve used several different pastes over time, which vary widely in spiciness, making for some interesting mealtimes The only coconut milk / cream I buy is Ayam because it doesn’t have anything else added.
