This position will be commencing in January 2021 and would suit a recent school leaver. This is 4 year Apprenticeship whereby you will gain a Cert III in Painting and Decorating. During the course of the four years you will learn how to:... Prepare surfaces for painting Apply texture coat paint finishes by brush, roller and spray Match paint colours Work on interior and exterior surfaces on commercial and residential jobs. Use painting and decorating tools and equipment Required Skills About You! You must be willing to learn, with the determination to complete this apprenticeship (Certificate III in Painting and Decorating). Must have a good work ethic Positive can-do attitude Must be reliable and punctual Must have driver’s licence You will be required to be fit, reliable and prepared to work. You will be required to travel outside the Port Macquarie region at various times including interstate.
