One comment people always make to us is "I have been meaning to call you and get back into training for ages, but the time has just gone by so fast" That's why we would like to put a shout out to all of our members (like John and Craig in the pic) with families and full-time responsibilities who make the effort every week to put the time into keeping their mind, body and spirit in shape.
