20.01.2022 Have you tried Kefalograviera chesse? It is a hard table cheese produced traditionally from sheep's milk or mixture of sheep's and goat's milk. The cheese has a salty flavour and rich aroma. It is often used in a Greek dish called Saganaki. It is an excellent cheese for grating, and is widely used as a topping for pasta dishes. According to one cookbook, "At its best, it is as good as or better than Romano or aged Asiago. It’s firm, smooth, supple, sweet and fruity with a scattering of small holes. Cumin seeds are added to the younger Goudas to make Spiced Gouda. 01.01.2022 Comté (also called Gruyère de Comté) is a French cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk in the Franche-Comté region of eastern France. The texture is relatively hard and flexible, and the taste is strong and slightly sweet.
