08.01.2022 I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself- most of you probably know me as the lady behind the counter at Fresh Organic Goods. F.O.G was my baby, an absolute passion project and an incredible vehicle for me to make the most incredible connections and like minded community. I started F.O.G after a career in law - I wanted to be able to pursue something that gave me a sense of purpose and not only gave me the ability to be creative but allowed me to share my passion for ma...king healthy food convenient and accessible. It gave me that and so much more. As many of you will know we have had to close the doors to F.O.G. Unfortunately I was unable to continue the juggle of growing a small business and raising my baby with another on the way. I want to thank everyone in this community so much for your support and for making F.O.G such an incredible ride.
