04.01.2022 Maelas tips on sprouting mung beans (these are after 2-3 days soaking): Rinse at least twice a day. You can do it in a jam jar and poke holes in the lids. Dont let the seeds sit in water and dont close the lid, can put a cheese cloth on it or the pierced lid of a jam jar or nothing, but i leave it on my bench outside. The green shell of the seed will come off and float above the water so I just remove it

03.01.2022 Thanks Wendy Windjana Wellness & Sustainability Services for showing us around your garden last week There is always so much to learn and be inspired by at your place. To name a few of the things we saw growing (seen in pics!) .. chia, bitter melon, diabetes spinach, star fruit, paw paws, chickpeas! , Mexican , radishes, moringa, passionfruit, pomegranate, Acerola cherry.
