22.01.2022 Freshplus Supermarket - COVID-19 Announcement. ***Latest Update*** Dear Community,... ....update from our Freshplus Craigieburn store; We have received information that the last confirmed case of an employee that was advised to self isolate by the DHHS due to contact tracing was: Sunday 19th July @ 11:19 am." This second employee that has been in contact with the employee who tested positive covid-19 has since tested negative, however has been advised to self-isolate, due to being in contact with the person that has tested positive. As per state government recommendation, we strongly recommend that everyone living in the Hot Spot areas to get tested for the safety of our community. Due to privacy laws, the DHHS have advised that they cannot disclose any names of individuals. ***Freshplus Management***

We hope this message finds you well and that you are keeping CoViD-Safe. Our 7 team members who have tested positive for CoViD-19 at our Craigieburn Store, have now been in isolation for at least 14 days. We are very glad to share that they are doing well and are on the road to recovery. As the FreshPlus Community, we are thankful for surviving the first wave of this virus. However the second wave was not as easy to cope with, and caught us all by surprise. Thankfully since then, we have not had any other FreshPlus team member test positive to CoViD-19. Our team members are continuing to work hard to keep our stores CoViD-Safe. To help the team, we have also reduced our trading hours from 9am-7pm for all of our stores. Staying CoVid-Safe is all of our duty. Let us all work together and stay CoViD-Safe @FreshPlus. We will continue to keep you updated. 10.01.2022 LATEST COViD-19 Update. **************************** Dear Valued Community Members,... We can confirm that the COViD-19 cases linked to our FreshPlus Craigieburn store are in fact 7 of our employees. According to the DHHS, contact transmission typically requires 15 minutes or more of close social engagement. We can confirm that those of our positively tested cases have NOT been working in our store since the 20/07/2020. If anyone feels any symptoms we urge you to get tested and self isolate immediately. Our current employees working in our Craigieburn store have been tested at least twice, and have all returned negative readings of COViD-19. The store is now cleansed several times throughout the day. We use industrial grade sanitiser designed to clean COVID-19 from floors and surfaces. We apologies for any delays and inconvenience caused to our community. We must all work as one to overcome this huge test. Please Stay Safe. Our FreshPlus Team. **********************
