Poor Oscar tested positive for FIV so this means he can only be adopted where there is no other cats OR with another FIV cat is fine. As mentioned previously Beau has gone through some unknown trauma and we are working with a Behaviour Vet & using a force free and gradual approach he is starting to take baby steps in the right direction. Working with dogs who come into care can be shut down and show some signs of fear. But with a gentle approach guided by professionals we can ensure the...y take their own time to trust and flourish without forcing them into situations that only cause them more harm than good. We are very lucky to have the time and resources we need and this boy will not be rushed. We will keep you updated on his progress. He loves other dogs and needs a doggy companion in his new home and a carer who is home a lot. He learned to walk up and down stairs at his foster home but ideally his new home wouldn’t have too many. He loves to go on walks and has learned the command ‘step’ so he knows the gutter is there and to step up or down. He loves to sunbake and ride in... the car and loves children.
