20.01.2022 Try something new.. In store now at Fresko... Fioretto is a hybrid of broccoli and cauliflower. Its tiny little white florets sit atop thin, pale green stems. Much more delicate than standard cauliflower, the flavour is mildly grassy and faintly sweet. The fioretto stem turns bright green when cooked and look fantastic next to the little white flowers.
