25.01.2022 Another day, another step towards self acceptance.
24.01.2022 A new years resolution? Be the best B.I.T.C.H you can be. And that goes for you fella's too.
24.01.2022 I don't remember if I've posted this before, but I found it this evening going through my phone. It's a good reminder at the start of a new year to be kind to yourself.
22.01.2022 I hope you are all getting through this challenging time.
20.01.2022 I've been quiet for a while, but as I sit here with a sore throat, I liked the look of this. Take care everyone. Stay in the now. One day at a time.
18.01.2022 Ever been labelled "too much" (I know I have!)? This one is for you. F xx

13.01.2022 Perfect advice for those tricky family gatherings.
12.01.2022 Look after each other in the lead up to Christmas. F x
11.01.2022 Absorb this truth. We cannot control someone else's reaction to us. xxx
09.01.2022 This is a beautiful essay on grief, and it also offers some clarity as to why social isolation is so damaging.
09.01.2022 A way of being to aim for.
09.01.2022 As we move closer to Christmas, and hanging with family who know all our buttons, something to think about that might help you get through. F x
09.01.2022 This brought a tear to my eye. If only the majority would value kindness over everything else, the world be be a very different place. The opposite of kindness (in my head) is miserliness (is that word?). The fear that one must hold on to what we have because it is never enough. But if everyone were kind, everyone would have enough. It's a difficult shift when there are billions of destitute people in the world. But if the few hundred billionaire's chose kindness over miserliness, it could be different.
08.01.2022 This short video explains complex PTSD beautifully. The impact of accumulative negative emotional experiences can be misdiagnosed (BPD, Bipolar, even ASD). It's important to know for ourselves what might be going on.
07.01.2022 I really like these 15 different areas of trauma recovery. I think the order these happen is unique for each of us.
06.01.2022 Interesting thoughts.
05.01.2022 "There is a teaching that says that behind all hardening and tightening and rigidity of the heart, there’s always fear. But if you touch fear, behind fear there... is a soft spot. And if you touch that soft spot, you find the vast blue sky. You find that which is ineffable, ungraspable, and unbiased, that which can support and awaken us at any time." Pema Chödrön
04.01.2022 Good to remember, especially if we feel overwhelmed by our choices.
04.01.2022 Look for green flags in your relationships...
04.01.2022 This resonated for me this evening. Maybe it will for you too... F xx
03.01.2022 This is a beautiful song and a reminder to not let our physical, historical, and social determinates define us. I hope it helps you feel lighter. f xx
02.01.2022 Wishing everyone the best Festive Season for them, whatever that may look like. Filled with acceptance (which can lead to peace), gratitude (which can fill your heart with joy) and kindness (which can change the world). Big love, f xxx
