19.01.2022 380WHP Out of this N/A L76 V8 VZ SS Crewman with only a Cold air intake, Extractors and Exhaust, Nathan came to us wanting more power and he wasn't disappoint. We didnt muck around and have done a 2Bar SD Patch, gone Maffless, Full VE Remap, improved the throttle response, and Gain a heap of power and Torque. This Ute now Squats on take off and shifting through the Gears , leaving Nathan with a very big smile
19.01.2022 Joel Daw came to us, To run his Mitsubishi Triton on the dyno, After it had just been tune by Albanys Barry Joubert, The modification list is a small one, with the standards done, a larger intercooler and exhaust done, with 25psi getting forced into the 3.2litre Diesel. a very impressive 184hp and with over 500nm of torque the 4 by 4 is no slug

17.01.2022 Holden vs Ford , Even though we have gotten the terrible news about the beloved Holden band leaving us in 2021, The battle against Ford is still going strong. So who comes out on top? This month we had a BA GTP 5.4litre and a VE 6litre with extremely similar modifications between the two, aftermarket exhaust/extractors, and modifications to the air intakes, After giving them both custom tunes, the Holden did end up on top, but considering the 600cc difference between the two, it was surprisingly close! who do you reckon would win down the strip

So its a good idea to do a Quick check up on the Dyno.. and for one of our customers this really did pay off ( but thats a story for another time ), Luckily for Trent Claybrook his stock VS holden was singing on point, even after 23+ years. The 3.8l V6 is still making over 160+hp

07.01.2022 Its Projects like this, that I truely love when they come into the shop, $1800 worth of bolt ons, that are slapped on a mainly stock BA falcon. The owner Ross Holland really did a great job sourcing the parts and putting in the spanner time to get his Car ready for the dyno!!! The only work I had do to was fit the FG XR6T Map sensor, strap the car onto the dyno and start tuning! And wow did it respond!, OVER 220NM of torque was gained, 57%+ increase in power, with only 7.5PSI......... Craziness, It is a completey different car now. even after turning the power down,!! The highest we made was 341.4hp@ 7.5Psi, Ross ( the owner) was worried about trasmission, so I took some timing out of the top end to get a nice 327hp Thank you for using Fricker Dyno Tuning. was a pleasure
