It was an interesting chat with some great points we wanted to share. Many people are choosing a hay fever treatment without speaking to their Pharmacist of doctor and only 15% of those people are making the optimal choice for their condition. Only 15%! As many hay fever medications are available over the counter, a lot of people choose a brand that they have heard advertised or someone they know has mentioned. This doesnt mean its the best approach for them though. Hay fever control is important is asthma control especially if hay fever is a trigger for you!
