17.01.2022 Tonight is our last night of operation in season 2020. We have been open for members and guests every day since 1st July. We say bring on a covid 19 free and ...better snow season in 2021. Thanks to everyone who has enjoyed their stay with us this winter. A special thanks must go to our Lodge managers Ellie & Josh who have done a great job keeping our guests warm and happy. Until next winter. Think snow.

16.01.2022 The Bom forecast has gone from 8-15 to 15 to 30mm for Wednesday which pretty much guarantees for a ripper weekend. Are your skis or board ready for action? Get up and support these great businesses and have some fun. Ben Lomond #season2020 #timeforsomefun

11.01.2022 Happy New Year.

10.01.2022 Welcome to the weekend! The weather conditions aren't as favourable as yesterday, but the snow conditions are still looking good after yesterday's fresh 3cms. C...urrently 25-35km/h winds from the west and degrees, high overcast cloud that is burning off quickly. The forecast today is looking overcast and windy with a maximum of 9 degrees. While it's windy & increasing, these conditions will help preserve the base ready for the forecast snow next week! Head to the Alpine Enterprises website, or Ben Lomond Snow Sports Facebook page for updates on commercial activities this weekend. Stay safe out there, and remember if you need us, our team of volunteers will be here all weekend. If you need assistance, please approach us, keeping a safe distance, ring our doorbell, or ask a commercial operator to radio us if we are out and about. Looking forward to seeing you all out and about this weekend!

02.01.2022 The village late yesterday afternoon from outside Jacksons hole . More snow and possible blizzard conditions arriving later this afternoon. So be carful up there, conditions could get extreme.

01.01.2022 Good Morning Tassie! Around 3cm of snow late last night on our lovely mountian. We had gale force winds following some warmth so lots of surface movement as is ...the trend this season. This means some ice scars to watch out for underfoot but also deep powder stashes about to cartwheel through and build snow palaces! Currently 20-30km/h wind from the west and 7 degrees, high overcast cloud that is burning off quickly. The forecast is looking windy but this wind chill will keep things cool enough to preserve the base with top up snow showers all next week! Please head to the Alpine Enterprises webpage or Snowsports Facebook page for updates on commercial activites today and this weekend. If you need us, we will be here. For assistance, please ring the doorbell as per our Covid Safe Plan, or ask a commerical operator to radio us if we are out and about. Better yet a big wave and grin is always returned!

01.01.2022 Another sprinkle of snow overnight has added a little bit. Temperature is sitting below 0 at the moment and quite foggy. The creek looks to have frozen over again. Be wary of the potential for there to be ice on the road if you're heading up today.
