19.01.2022 We are very excited to launch the NEW STAIRS into our 50m pool! Thank you to a Community Services Directorate Disability Inclusion Grant our pool is now that bi...t easier for people with some mobility limitations to take a plunge. Great work Lifeguard Matt for getting these set up and the excellent demonstration! They will be ready for customers from 6:00am tomorrow. The steps will be in place all of the time, however can be removed for carnivals or other events. #inclusion #comeforaswim

18.01.2022 FACILITY CLOSURE Unfortunately due to air quality in Canberra currently, the Dickson Aquatic Centre will remain closed until further notice. All swim school pr...ograms currently running this week will be cancelled. Families will receive a refund for the four remaining days of the program. Please email [email protected] with the name of the participant and your banking details to receive the refund. Please be patient while we process these payments. Summer Sessions scheduled for tomorrow evening (Friday 03 January) will be cancelled also.

16.01.2022 We are sorry we have been a little quiet. Usually by October we would be very excited about an imminent opening. As you can imagine there are many challenges ...in operating the Dickson Pool Facility at this time. We are doing everything we can to get the pools and the facility ready and COVID safe and we were planning a 19 October opening. At this point, however, we have been unable to secure the certainty that the pool operations will be viable and supported for the duration of the seasonwe hope this will be forthcoming. We are currently working towards a delayed opening on Saturday 31 October. We will keep you updated and hope to see you all soon Team DAC & our beloved duck family
