07.01.2022 Cats owned by irrisponsible local residents can be seen regularly in Lightning Swamp Bushland. Particularly from the Western end of Mathews Close. Australia has the world’s worst record for mammal extinctions; 28 species and subspecies, mostly marsupials, have become extinct since Europeans arrived, and many of these extinctions are linked to cats and other introduced species.

04.01.2022 I am following a pair of willy wagtails and have been watching their nest with eggs for 2 weeks now, but this morning noticed something moving. I love the zoom on this phone as I can take a nice close up without disturbing mum and dad. This is their second family in the last 2 months.
