23.01.2022 Great day at the pool yesterday - it was hot, hot, hot, but great fun was had with many first time visitors and tourists enjoying our great pool. The pancakes were a big hit as usual and the BBQ in the arvo. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the day from our lifeguards and volunteers. With a cool change happening this arvo, depending on the numbers at the pool will depend on if we have a barbie this arvo. The pool is a very nice 27c and perfect to cool off in

21.01.2022 Kiosk was officially opened by Major Daniel Meade on the weekend. BBQ lunch and pancakes were served followed by lap swimming. Money raised going to Blaze Aid and Pool inflatables. You can still participate in the fundraiser by swimming laps and getting someone to sponsor you. If you wish to donate we can find swimmers. So far 750 laps have been swum.

20.01.2022 It all happened at the pool tonight. Kids couldn't wait for the warm weather, they pumped air and helped get pool covers off. The water was warm and they had the best time. They all went home with a sausage in bread. For those who missed out, come tomorrow and have a go, it's heaps of fun. Thanks to Aflex inflatables for making it all happen.

18.01.2022 Monday 9th is a public holiday. We will be opening from 1pm! Sunday 15th is the last pool day, meant to be a few hot days so let's make the most of it. Hoping to crank up the BBQ!

10.01.2022 Notice of AGM and general meeting on Tuesday 1st December at the pool at 7.30pm Please come along and join our great little committee, we need members! We will give an update of the splash pad development and the pool refurbishment. Due to Covid related supply issues the pool at this stage will not be opening until Saturday 19th December

10.01.2022 Now we are closed for the season! I would like to say thank you to all our life guards, Brendan, Harry, Shannon, Temika, Alannah, Sophie and Rachel. You done an amazing job not only keeping everyone safe, you also never stopped entertaining which created an amazing atmosphere! The committee have also been amazing. Always working hard to fund raise to make our pool experience better. A few examples pancake and fruit mornings, BBQ's in the evenings and raffles. Australia day po...ol party fundraiser was a huge success, thanks to the band 'blue gum', fire brigade, and everyone who helped! Hope to do it again next year! We raised $1100 which went to 'blaze aid'. We played host to 2 weeks of vicswim proving very popular. Also to the school for their swim program which all kids enjoyed. Most of all I would like to thank all of you for using our pool, you all show a lot of respect to the facility and the life guards and just have a great time! Hope to see you again next summer. We now have a new inflatable which will come out lots next summer! The committee will be working hard to have a splash pad ready for next season, a lot of work to be done so fingers crossed. Thanks! 04.01.2022 Just an appreciation post!! Volunteers are the backbone of communities and are amazing at our beautiful MacArthur pool!! The last two days have been packed at the pool and everyone has had a fantastic time! Thank you to Harold and his far better half Heather Parfrey who donated their time and cooked copious amounts of sausages and onion and did it with smiles on their faces the whole time!! They do an amazing snag!! ... Also thank you to Linda Malseed who looked after the kiosk so the lifeguards could be on deck and the kids could play on the inflatable! Thank you so much and the kids had an absolute ball!! :)) Great weekend and thank you to everyone involved! Yeeeew

03.01.2022 Another lovely warm day today with Vic Swim classes going on as well. We will have the inflatables out again from 1pm to 3pm. Not sure which one will go up today. BBQ from 4pm - $2 snag in bread (cash only as this is fundraising by our pool committee)... We also have the lovely mountain bike raffle with tickets $5 for 3 or $2 a ticket. Enjoy your day

02.01.2022 Despite the weather there were plenty of keen kids, big and little, swimming laps to raise money for an inflatable and Blaze Aid. Even Major Daniel Meade and hard working secretary Linda took to the pool. A total of 750 laps was swam. A fantastic effort.
