18.01.2022 This #thursdaythorwback feels like the perfect image to farewell 2020! Thank you so much to every person who has supported the centre throughout this year. A big thank you as well to our whole FH&F team for being such stars this year!! While we are excited to get stuck into 2021 with new hope for a better world, we are certainly grateful for the lessons this year has taught us. Simply being grateful for loved ones and our health, taking more time to take care of ourselves and... each other, and being very grateful for the place we are so lucky to live in. Here's to a great 2021 for everyone!!

We've added an additional three GRIT classes and two CXWORX classes each week to ensure these programs are offered evenly throughout the week. 06.01.2022 Unfortunately our Spa is out of order due to a technical problem with the dosing system. It will be investigated by a technician on Tuesday 29 December and we hope to have it working again on the same day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

06.01.2022 Tomorrow sadly will be our lovely Petryce's last day with us at Customer Service and Childminding. While she will still be with us as a class instructor I am sure we can all admit she will be missed like crazy! Thank you for all you do and being such a beautiful constant energy every day. 02.01.2022 FAREWELL MAREE Today Maree worked her last day at Friends Health & Fitness before starting her exciting journey of retirement. Maree has been a positive ray of sunshine, role model, incredible trainer, and valued member of the team and FHF community here for exactly 23 years to the day. ... We could go on and on about how amazing you are Maree. We are certainly going to miss having you with us, but know we can look forward to seeing you in the gym lots still in the future. We wish you all the best and are so pleased you have so many wonderful things you enjoy doing to look forward to.
