12.01.2022 Samhain Syrup. Found a recipe in an adaptogen herbs book I bought a number of years ago. I changed the recipe and the name of the syrup as I am incorporating it into a Samhain women’s circle that I will be hosting this coming weekend and I needed something that resembled blood (haha I know very corny) It incorporates ashwagandha root, hibiscus flower, and lemon with organic raw sugar. It tastes sweet and deliciously tart. Perfect additions to your seltzer’s for an immunity boosting, vitamin C boost/antioxidant laced cordial.
