Yes we are still open and taking appointments - unless we are told we have to close will remain open.... As we are a small business, I need to ensure we have a successful future which means I need to adjust where possible Saying this we will be opening with shorter days, and will close if we don't have the appointments to warrant the cost to open. As we run and operate on appointments I kindly ask if you are unable to make your appointment if you could give us a call if you are unable to make that appointment ahead of time, as I roster staff to cover our appointments. 07.01.2022 Good Afternoon Friends with Fur Family. We are still open and taking appointments please read below some changes we've had to make. In light of the recent announcements by the Government last night, we are classified under the retail sector.... We are however operating on shorter days/and closing if we don't have enough bookings for that day. Until we are advised we will continue to operate, however if I could ask our clients to continue to follow the social distance the Government has enforced, and all the health warnings with regards to your personal conditions. You will see redlines on the salon floor indicating the 1.5mtr distant rule, we have scheduled our appointments so we don't have more than 2 clients in the salon at any given time, it's important you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we are able to adhere to these restrictions, I also ask if you could return as soon as possible when we notify you your fur baby is ready, so we don't overlap clients in the waiting area/ or please wait outside until we have room for you to enter. Although we are always a clean salon, we have increase the amount of times we are cleaning our counter and surface areas, our grooming equipment is always cleaned after each dog so this will remain the same process. The salon front doors are now opened to reduce the amount of times the door needs to be opened and touched. 03.01.2022 **Dusty looking for his new forever home** A friend of mine had to make the difficult decision to re-home Dusty. Dusty is a toy poodle and he is 8 months young. He is a perfect little guy ... About Dusty: * He is 8 months old * He is obedient * He is toilet trained * Dusty is not de-sexed * He is good around children and other dogs * He's not a huge barker * He would suit a family who works close to home and not long days and would be great with teenage children The reason for the decision to re-home Dusty, he has separation anxiety and has only attached himself to my friend. She feels so sad that he hasn't settled in their family and she feels terrible when she goes to work that Dusty will just hide under the table until she returns home Negative points on Dusty: * He has separation anxiety and would need to encourage he will be okay * He is a little nervous and stresses when he is away from his owner and would need encouragement to over come this whilst he is still young * He is a little timid however with support he will be okay Ideally if you would like Dusty he is $1,500 please message me if your interested or can help find Dusty his forever home
