23.01.2022 Thermann 315ltr, 30 tube Solar Hot Water System installed through the week. This unit will produce hot water for almost nothing through out the year and with federal government and some state rebates why wouldn’t you invest in an energy saving system.

For the Dairy farmers out there, Stowe & I have been researching the best possible way to retro fit your rapid flow hot water services with Evacuated Solar Tubes to save you money on the install, save you space by not adding an extra tank and the most important cut your hot water electrical costs by 50 -70%.... The 300 litre & 400 litre solar hot water systems come with government rebates up to $2K for domestic use and bussiness usage eg Vat wash system. 03.01.2022 The brew/ distilling station is pretty much complete thanks to a few rainy days.... Just a few teething problems to sort out now, a good clean and away we go.....

02.01.2022 It’s not always heating and cooling work at FringeMS. Here we have a handy man special where he has plumbed the new waste for the new toilets and showers into a smaller gully trap and tried to make it work buy concreting around it but it didn’t work and was spewing raw sewage out the back of it and under the house Luckily the owner wanted to remove his old toilet so I was able to cut that WC pipe down and redirect the existing waste back to that point and also properly pick up the kitchen and dishwasher waste lines meaning no more unwanted nasties under the house
