It helps us manage a range of emotions, thoughts and responsibilities. It allows us to connect with ourselves and connect with others. 19.01.2022 Frisky Friday // Fitness Tip.. There’s a few key tips to remember when working out during and post pregnancy and I’m going to be sharing them with you every Friday. One of the most important tips is to listen to your body! If you feel uncomfortable, stop. If you feel pain, stop. If you feel unwell, stop. I can’t stress this enough! You only get one body ladies - make sure you listen to it! On that note - happy Friday!

It is not only a great workout for you (those leg tracks will get you feeling the burn!), it’s also a great way to bond with your baby and have fun! 09.01.2022 One of the things that changes for us mamas after having a baby (apart from your body and obvious lack of sleep!) is that we have less time to think or care about ourselves. We don't have time to nourish and move our bodies and be mindful about what is happening around us in any given moment. One of the things we cover in our Body Restore Program is mindfulness. 06.01.2022 Bump Day // Hump Day I really can’t stress the importance of stretching before and after any workout, but even more so if you are pregnant. Gentle stretching helps with the aches and pains that come with pregnancy and your growing and changing body. But always be mindful that your ligaments and joints are much more flexible when your pregnant due to the hormone relaxin so be mindful how far you stretch!

02.01.2022 One of the things that I talk about a lot in my Body Restore program is to try and focus on not demonising food. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of putting food into either a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ category, but at the end of the day it’s all just food. You just need to be mindful to try and make the right food choices to be your healthiest, and it’s perfectly OK to indulge in your favourites, you just need to LISTEN to your body! How do you feel before you eat? How do you feel after you eat? What is your body telling you? Listen and it will tell you if you aren’t nourishing it properly. #bodyrestoreprogram #friskyfitness
