06.01.2022 Thanks to Should I eat this? for the infographic Kale vs Spinach. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not against kale, we eat it ALL the time in our house. But, there...'s no denying it has become a trend (Kale in smoothies, kale protein balls, kale chips) and I have seen many health writers say that we should all be eating it because it is the most super of all the veges. So, if you don't like it, that's cool...just eat some of the other green veg which have a higher overall nutrient profile than kale...watercress, chinese cabbage and even LEAF LETTUCE! See more
