22.01.2022 RABBITS & MOSQUITO'S This year the Shire of Cranbrook and The Gillamii Centre Inc. are collaborating in an effort to combat the spread of rabbits in the Cranbro...ok, Frankland River and Tenterden town sites. In order for the us to undertake this project we have released a virus that is transmitted through mosquito's, while this virus is harmless to humans it will have an effect and degrade the numbers of feral rabbits. This means that we will not be undertaking our fogging as early as we have done in previous years. The Shire will conduct spasmodic fogging over the coming weeks and will have our fogging program up and running as soon as possible. If you have any queries, please contact the Shire’s Manager of Works or the Shire’s Ranger on 9826 1008
