20.01.2022 All ready for inspection next week. This was a big job for a small yard. Landlords tip - consider the maintenance needs of your yard as some tenants just don't have the time to look after lots of plants etc. that need constant upkeep. Tennants tip - look for properties that have a low maintenance yard or that include yard maintenance in your lease.
19.01.2022 Fun job designing and building these Montessori dishwashing stations. They will be used by the kids at local childcare centres every meal time as part of their ...learning. Scraps go in the first one with the lid , then wash , rinse and rinse again. I have a few orders for these so I am going to be busy over the next few weeks.

09.01.2022 Check out how awesome this little worker cottage came up after we gave it a stage and style workout. With some clever placing and spacing of furniture and creating a flowing scheme throughout the home we managed to create a space that buyers were able to see how they could move straight in and live there. The house sold within 5 days of being on the market and achieved a price that exceeded the sellers expectations.... The agent commented that it was a very easy house to sell as it was presented to it's full potential.
04.01.2022 It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to projects. A Dad-Daughter project with Sheridan and assisted by #ghostthewhitecollie. The screen had to be c...onstructed so that Sheridan can easily transport it and put it together at events. Took a little bit of thought but we got it no problems, it can be pulled right down and put into her car. It takes 30 minutes to put it up and arrange the flowers however she wants. The first job that this was for was for her friends Naomi and Taylor's engagement party. Sheridan did an awesome job and the girls look absolutely stunning with backdrop. #makingmemoriesnotmoney #theweddingplanner #daddaughterproject
