24.01.2022 A COVID-19 Update for FRM Customers FRM Materials Handling would like to provide you with assurance that we have and will continue to take steps to ensure preparedness should any of our services be impacted by COVID-19. Due to the evolving situation with the COVID-19 virus FRM are already starting to make some changes to the way we operate in order to keep our employees, our customers and our suppliers safe and healthy during this uncertain time. Our aim is to continue to pro...vide you and your business with safe, reliable and uninterrupted service and parts. From this week FRM are rearranging the employees in our offices across the state and implementing work from home arrangements for a number of our employees. Employees who will be required to work onsite will commence relocating in our buildings to minimise close contact. Sensible distancing measures will be implemented in our offices, workshop and as part of our mobile service operations and will be reviewed daily to ensure we respond immediately with the notices and guidelines being issued by Work Safe Australia, The Department of Health and The Australian Government. All branches will remain open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and our important 24/7 Roadside Assist will continue to operate state-wide.
