25.01.2022 Food for thought... well said Samantha. I don't usually get into politics (in fact I usually stay well away from them!), but now is NOT the time to be complacent. Please think long and hard about who you are voting for this election, what they stand for and how much you are willing to give up. 2020 has been an eye-opener and there is so much at stake now. Are you willing to give up your freedoms? Disclaimer- I'm actually a kiwi so I can't vote- but for the first time ever I wish I could!

12.01.2022 Did you know that the variety of carrots that grows well in our region may look a bit strange, but there are also some other differences they are part of the celery family and when eaten raw can have that same slightly bitter celery taste- but cooked they are so full of flavour, unlike the ‘normal’ carrots we get from the bigger farms down south that are lovely to eat raw but can loose their flavour when cooked. So if you want carrot sticks maybe go with the organic carrots we sell, but if you want to cook up some delicious roasted carrots that are full of flavour, grab yourself some local carrots grown without chemicals by the lovely people at @edenfarmersorganics! FROG ethics are based on being zero-waste, we recycle all our cardboard and old styrofoam boxes... and take all our soft plastics to a supermarket Redcycle bin which then gets turned into things like park benches.. it’s our way of saying thank you to Mother Nature for all the amazing food we get to enjoy #zerowaste #frogboxes #frasercoast
